TOUCH-A-TRUCK Family Festival:
Saturday October 28, 2023
Family-friendly event where participants get to see, touch, and climb on trucks of all sizes. This is our largest fundraising event of the year with approximately 2,000 attendees last year. Proceeds are used to award project-based grants to local non-profit organizations via the Be The Change Grant.
Volunteer Expo:
Saturday March 23, 2024
Modeled after a job fair, the Volunteer Expo connects non-profit organizations with individuals seeking to make a difference in our community. Participating organizations set up informational booths to meet and attract new volunteers. Last year over 65 non-profit organizations participated and approximately 500 community members attended.
When you donate to the Junior League of Asheville, you’re helping us empower local women to create positive, lasting societal change in our community. The benefits Sponsors receive from exposure at JLA events is exponential, and membership has historically selected League sponsors when seeking out services and needs.
